Our Process
We take the project on, and deliver from start to end, ensuring the best quality is delivered to the client.
We will receive your brief, provide a scoping document based on the brief; engage all the relevant contractors/suppliers and formulate a cost plan with a QS. We will instruct surveys and provide the information ready for any submissions. Then we will collaborate with the relevant contractors to produce a Programme of Works in which we will engage with the client to ensure the needs of their business can be met throughout.
Once we start on site, we will visit weekly to ensure works are progressing as per programme, quality of work is at the best standard and Health & Safety practices are being adhered to.
When the project completes, we will hold practical completions, capture snags and chase down outstanding works until complete, and chase down final account and invoice payments. The client is updated throughout the end-to-end process, and nothing is a surprise.
