About Us

Andy loves being able to lead a project, driving the creation of the works and seeing them transform into the completed product.  One of his favourite parts of this work is having the trust and autonomy to make business-led decisions on behalf of his client based on a long-standing career in Retail at all levels.  With an extensive experience in Retail operations, he has the added advantage of understanding the nature of the industry, as well as the impact on customers and colleagues by decisions made during work.  

Having the ability to work with different people every day and make lasting relationships is also something he is very passionate about.

When not working on DPA, he likes to unwind on the golf course, explore the beaches of the world, take time out on his boat on the Norfolk Broads and generally being a petrol head and lover of all things automotive.  He is a dedicated husband and father of two young boys, an entrepreneur and a dog lover from the Weald of Kent.  He regularly works in London, but his heart will always be in the Countryside.  

I think of myself as a generous, motivated, bubbly and confident person, although in my private life welcome the chance to withdraw from the World and find Wellness and tranquillity through my family.  The things I love most in life are without a doubt my wife and children; I’ve been blessed with as well as a wide and varied circle of friends who form a huge part of my life.

I have delivered the end-to-end process for 6 new stores for 1 client in 14 months. Making sure the client’s interests have always been at the heart of what I delivered. I have helped simplify the process for my client and launched the step change to all relevant parties.

I am driven to grow my skills in other developments and care about the work I do. Simplify is a skill I will apply to everything I do, ensuring that there is a clear understanding and responsibilities/accountabilities to each stakeholder. Clear thinking, problem solving and realism is how most people would describe me.

My home life keeps me busy when I’m not busy working, a husband and 3 teenagers along with 4 dogs and a cat. We love holidays and seeing friends as a family. Exam years for teens are stressful, so be prepared if this is you soon.

My husband and I love going to the theatre, concerts and are fortunate enough to go to Wimbledon every year, sit in the sun with Pimm’s and strawberries and cream… oh and to watch the tennis of course. When I do get time to myself you will find me playing badminton or listening to music.
